Au Jus Sauce

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal and cleaning.
  2. Assemble Roll Ups: Lay one tortilla flat. On half of it, place 2 slices of provolone cheese, followed by roughly 3 ounces of roast beef and a generous handful of French fried onions. Lightly brush the inside edge of the tortilla with olive oil.
  3. Roll and Arrange: Starting from the filled edge, roll the tortilla tightly, sealing the edge with the brushed olive oil to keep it closed. Place the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
