Instructions

  1. Make the dough: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and kosher salt to create a gluten-free self-rising flour mixture. Add the plain Greek yogurt and mix thoroughly using a fork until you get a thick, slightly wet, and chunky dough. Sprinkle flour on your hands and dough, then knead in the bowl until a smooth dough ball forms, about 1 minute or less.
  2. Shape the bagels: Turn the dough out onto a well-floured surface and knead for another minute. Using a rounded tablespoon, scoop approximately 1 ounce of dough to roll into a ball. Place each ball on a clean plate. This recipe yields 12-13 mini bagels.
  3. Preheat the air fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to preheat while you prepare the bagels.
  4. Season the bagels: Lightly spray or brush each dough ball with olive oil spray, egg white, or water to help the seasoning stick. Spread everything bagel seasoning in a shallow bowl and roll each dough ball in the seasoning or sprinkle seasoning directly on the bagels as preferred.
